Warranty Policy


1. Warranty Coverage

  • Duration: 2-year warranty from the date of product receipt, valid with a valid sales receipt.
  • Coverage for Manufacturing Defects: For products with material or workmanship defects under normal use within the warranty period, we provide replacement or refund services.

2. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to the following situations:
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper operation, accidents, or other non-quality-related issues (such as dropping, water ingress, burning)
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly using non-official instructions.
  • Products beyond the warranty period.
  • Products without valid proof of purchase.

3. Warranty Process

  • Processing Time: Warranty applications are typically processed within 7–10 business days (excluding product return shipping time and transit time).
  • Non-Transferable: This warranty is exclusive to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
