1. Return & Refund Order Requirements
  • Must be purchased from the vertexcontroller official store.
  • To be eligible, the product must be in its original condition (no human-caused damage) with all accessories included.
  • For damaged, defective, incorrect products, or products that do not match their description, you can request a refund or return within 30 days of receipt.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 
2. Exchange Policy
  • If the product is defective or damaged, you can request an exchange within 30 days of receipt.
  • Contact our customer support via email ( sales@vertexcontroller.com), Contact Us page, or Chat Window with your order number and details of your request.
  • Exchanges are for the same item. If out of stock, we will discuss alternative options or offer a refund.
3. Refund and Return Process

  1. We will review your claim and confirm eligibility. Approved requests will be processed within approximately 5-7 days..
  1. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or there was a shipping error.

4. Return Address

Before shipping back, please email us firstly for the shipping address. We have all rights to refuse the package if you send it back without our permission.

5. Order Cancellation
  • To cancel an order, contact us via Contact Us or Chat Window before shipment. We will assist with cancellation within 24 hours, and refunds are typically processed within two weeks.
  • If the order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible, but we can assist with a return.

5. Handling Fee

There are no handling fee for return or refund.

6. Additional Notes
  • Once we receive your returned product, refunds will be processed within approximately 5-7 days. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.
